Good service - but less than expected product

Firstly, the service received by PMC was 5 star. I changed my mind on the colour of the product after I'd made the order, and upon emailing them, they promptly changed it to what I wanted. Order also received promptly. Thank you!
As for the product itself, minus one star because, although it states that it is a 12v powered in-car thermometer, it is ONLY the backlight that is 12v wired to your car. It still operates via battery, which is inconvenient because now it cannot be permanently installed, as the battery access is behind the unit.
I still struggle to find an outside temperature car thermometer that is fully 12v powered. Please find something PMC.
