- The item must be in its original, as-new, and resalable condition, unworn and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. You may open the packaging to inspect the item, but it must be returned undamaged.

- LCD Screens: To prevent damage during installation, we strongly recommend that our LCD screens are installed by a qualified professional technician. - Spare Parts: Spare parts products cannot be returned if they have been installed on a mobile phone and are found to be working after installation. This does not affect your rights if the part was defective upon arrival.
