Works great, has a very long range and does not interfere with other wireless devices like Sure and Nady wireless systems. I have not used the in ear speakers that comes with it, as I have better in ear monitors, but can be a quick help if somthing should happen to them. Charging is fast and efficient with a split C type usb cable. Will definitely suggest to get one if you are longing for a good IEM system.
