- LCD Screens: To prevent damage during installation, we strongly recommend that our LCD screens are installed by a qualified professional technician. If you believe an LCD screen was faulty upon arrival, providing an invoice from a technician can help expedite the assessment of your return claim.
- Spare Parts: Spare parts products cannot be returned if they have been installed on a mobile phone and are found to be working after installation. This does not affect your rights if the part was defective upon arrival.
