Dental tray making method:
1. Soak the tray in warm water of about 70 degrees for 10-15 seconds to make the tray soft. Be careful not to use hot water that is too hot at 90 degrees. This will cause the tray to wrinkle into a mass when you see the tray. It can be fished out when the edges are wrinkled;
2. Put the soft tooth tray into the mouth, put on the gums, and forcefully suck the air between the tray and the gums. At the same time, press the joint surface of the tray and the gums with your hands and feet to make it close to the gums. 3. After pressing by hand, it is maintained for about half a minute. At this time, the tooth tray that has been fixed can be taken out;
4. Follow the gingival line (the line between the tooth and the gum) imprinted on the tooth tray that has been set, cut off the excess material with scissors, and cut off the handle. At this point, the tray is finished. Cut off. Above the gingival line, the gel can only be in contact with the teeth to avoid damaging the gums.

1. If the tray is not made at one time, repeat the second setting until it is satisfactory;

- The item should be returned with all parts and original packaging where possible. We understand that discovering a defect may require opening the packaging or breaking a seal; returns for defective items will be accepted even if opened.
- Our inspection must confirm the issue was a manufacturing defect and not caused by customer misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
2. Your Right to a 'Cooling-Off' Return (Change of Mind)
In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act for online purchases, you have a 7-day 'cooling-off' period. If you change your mind or ordered incorrectly, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a 'change of mind' return:
- The item must be in its original, as-new, and resalable condition, unworn and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. You may open the packaging to inspect the item, but it must be returned undamaged.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Important: There are no handling or restocking fees for change-of-mind returns. You will be refunded the full purchase price, as the law grants you the right to cancel "without penalty."

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for 'change of mind' reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Gift cards
- Custom-ordered or personalized items
- Items specified as non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., roll-on products, clothing, and personal care goods).
This does not affect your statutory right to return any item (including sale items) that is defective or faulty within 6 months of delivery.
5. Specific Product Notes
- LCD Screens: To prevent damage during installation, we strongly recommend that our LCD screens are installed by a qualified professional technician. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under the 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. If you believe an LCD screen was faulty upon arrival, providing an invoice from a technician can help expedite the assessment of your return claim.
- Spare Parts: Spare parts products cannot be returned if they have been installed on a mobile phone and are found to be working after installation. This does not affect your rights if the part was defective upon arrival.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved based on the policy conditions. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
