Remote control operation function:
1. Side door anti-robbing: open the ACC, if you open and then close the main driving door, the LED flashes and the car light flashes twice, indicating that the function is activated. If the sound is set, the horn will beep twice. Turn on the anti-robbing function. Line to side door negative
2. Remote control anti-grab: turn on ACC, press the sound button for 3 seconds, the light flashes twice, the horn and the negative horn beeps twice, and the LED flashes quickly, indicating that the function is on. If the sound is on, the horn beeps twice and the function is programmable
3. Ignition anti-robbing: If this function is enabled, every time you turn on ACC, the system will automatically activate the anti-robbing function, without opening the door, press the remote control, after activation, the LED will flash and the car lights will flash twice. If the sound is turned on, the horn will beep 2 sounds, function can be set
4. On-site anti-robbing: flashing, the car lights flashing twice, if the sound is turned on, the horn will sound twice, the function can be set, so the optional remote control will stop the car after 60 seconds away from the car
5. Enter anti-robbing: the system enters anti-robbing mode, and the car lights flash twice. If the function 13 is also activated, the horn will beep twice, and the LED will start to flash slowly. After 30 seconds, the car lights flash and the horn shouts for 15 seconds. After that, if function 14 is turned on and the sound is turned on, the current interrupter (relay) will immediately turn on and send a bad working signal to the engine. After 15 seconds, the current interrupter will activate again, shut off the engine, lock the door, and the horn will keep beating
6. Exit anti-robbing: turn off the anti-robbing system before the horn keeps beeping, or press the emergency contact button once within 60 seconds of the anti-robbing trigger, and then release it. After the horn starts to call, or 60 seconds after the anti-robbing is triggered, turn on the ACC, press the emergency contact and the security code the same number of times (factory default is 1 time), and then wait 3 seconds to confirm whether it is correct
7. Emergency alarm: When the system is armed, the ACC, the side door is opened, or the vibration is re-triggered, the horn is called for a long time, and the direction and the horn are flashing for 30 seconds. If it is still open after 30 seconds, the sound and light alarm will continue. You can use the arm and release keys to pause
8. Mute disarm: press button 3 once, then button 2 once, it will disarm in the mute state, the direction light flashes, unlock, no sound

Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and fully compliant with South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

We offer distinct return processes based on the reason for your return. Please read the following sections carefully to understand your rights and the procedures for returning an item.

1. Your Right to Return Defective or Faulty Goods (6-Month Warranty)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, if any product you receive is defective, faulty, unsafe, or of poor quality, you have 6 months from the date of delivery to return it. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund, a replacement, or a repair of the item, at your choice. We will cover all costs associated with the return shipping for defective items.

To be eligible for a defective goods return:

  • The return must be logged within 6 months of delivery.
  • The item should be returned with all parts and original packaging where possible. We understand that discovering a defect may require opening the packaging or breaking a seal; returns for defective items will be accepted even if opened.
  • Our inspection must confirm the issue was a manufacturing defect and not caused by customer misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

2. Your Right to a 'Cooling-Off' Return (Change of Mind)
In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act for online purchases, you have a 7-day 'cooling-off' period. If you change your mind or ordered incorrectly, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a 'change of mind' return:

  • The item must be in its original, as-new, and resalable condition, unworn and unused. 
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. You may open the packaging to inspect the item, but it must be returned undamaged.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Important: There are no handling or restocking fees for change-of-mind returns. You will be refunded the full purchase price, as the law grants you the right to cancel "without penalty."


3. How to Start a Return
To initiate any return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our dedicated returns portal: pmctechlife.returnscenter.com.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Follow the prompts to select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Once your request is submitted, we will review it. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for 'change of mind' reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Items specified as non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., roll-on products, clothing, and personal care goods).

This does not affect your statutory right to return any item (including sale items) that is defective or faulty within 6 months of delivery.

5. Specific Product Notes

  • LCD Screens: To prevent damage during installation, we strongly recommend that our LCD screens are installed by a qualified professional technician. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under the 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. If you believe an LCD screen was faulty upon arrival, providing an invoice from a technician can help expedite the assessment of your return claim.
  • Spare Parts: Spare parts products cannot be returned if they have been installed on a mobile phone and are found to be working after installation. This does not affect your rights if the part was defective upon arrival.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved based on the policy conditions. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Cancellation Policy
You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at sales@pmcjewellery.co.za.

  • Before Shipping: We can only guarantee cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the order, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return through our portal. Such returns will be treated as 'Change of Mind' returns.
