This item is well constructed, though small. Easy access for recharging port. Minimal instructions as once you have connected to the app, everything is smooth sailing. There is an additional cost if you would like the ability of the alarm to send you SMS messages if triggered, which is €10 year. For now, just being tethered to WiFi and the app is enough for me. It helps put my mind at rest that the basement stays dry, So well worth the small cost. Thanks Tuya!
