1. Used to check the amount of oil remaining in the gearbox.
2. Insert the dipstick into the gearbox filler pipe until the tool touches the bottom, then pull it out to read the liquid level. Do not leave the dipstick in the car.
3. Matters needing attention: Please note that this is not an engine oil dipstick. It is a transmission oil dipstick, and it cannot be left in the car. It is only a measuring tool. Once the proper measurement has been made, it should be taken out.
