It is clear that you do not talk to each other in house otherwise you would not hve sent me this review Email.
Within a few days of installing this device I registered the fact that it was not reading my blood pressure correctly. Every time I pressed the Blood Pressure icon it read 140/90. I emailed to say why and how I knew this to be inaccurate.
I received various suggestions as to how this might be corrected none of which worked and I emailed this back to you. I then received other comments about blood pressure readings and about the device not showing my blood pressure correctly all f which was nonsense. I sent photos showing the reading from my device stuck on 140/90 and the much lower reading from a clinically proven blood pressur monitor which my wife has.
This device will simply not read my Blood Pressure correctly.
There were some other minor issues which I emailed you about and it was suggested that I return the device for testing. I said I would not spend my own money on returning faulty goods and this has not been pursued.
I received a totally derisory offer of a partial refund and rejected it.
This was my third purchase of a Smart Watch and the other two read my blood pressure correctly confirmed by my Doctor on my annual health checks.
My bank is now dealing ith this matter to whom I have sent all the relevant information related to my credit card purchase.
In these circumstances I am totally dissatisfied with PMC.
