1. It uses 16 double-sided ZES-3570 lamp beads, which are 300% brighter than the original car halogen bulbs and have a stable light source.
2. Double-effect integrated heat dissipation, built-in heat dissipation system: equipped with a hydraulic fan, the speed can reach 15000rmp, fast heat dissipation, stable fan and long life.
3. The lamp body adopts a true 1:1 design with the original car halogen lamp, which is closer to the size of the original car halogen bulb, more convenient to install, plug and play, and no need to add other installation accessories. The surface of the lamp body is sandblasted to improve the mechanical performance of the lamp body, prevent rust and corrosion, and greatly increase the contact area between the lamp body and the outside world, accelerating the heat dissipation of the lamp body.
4. Thickened integrated aluminum substrate heat conduction: The lamp bead substrate is composed of an ultra-thick aluminum substrate, which has better heat conduction effect and achieves double-sided heat conduction effect. The substrate is closely combined with the aluminum lamp body and fully contacted, which can quickly and efficiently transfer the temperature of the lamp bead to the bottom fan, greatly improving the heat dissipation effect.
5. Constant current intelligent temperature control module: built-in temperature control intelligent drive, can identify the temperature of the lamp body, share the heat; avoid the risk of burning the lamp, reduce the temperature of the headlight, and extend the life. The use of high-power modules can better adapt to the changes in the instantaneous starting voltage of the car, completely isolate the interference of electromagnetic waves on the car audio and driving computer, making the headlight products more stable and more efficient.
