The MESR-100 AutoRanging In Circuit ESR Capacitor /Low Ohm Meter is designed to measure equivalent series resistance (ESR) and low resistance values. It is suitable for in-circuit testing of capacitors in electronic devices such as TVs, LCDs, and audio boards.
