I purchased the Nexas 102p for HD Trucks the product will not communicate with the vehicle I have contacted Nexas technical department by email and they cannot suggest anything to resolve the issue it seems like I’m emailing an automated response system can you advise me how to get a refund for this product because I’ve done everything suggested to me and it’s not working
