Notes on moxibustion:
1. It is not easy to perform moxibustion after overwork, fasting, drinking or strenuous exercise. The moxibustion time on a single site should not exceed 30 minutes. Do not catch cold during moxibustion. Do not apply moxibustion within half an hour after a meal. Do not take a shower within 1 hour after moxibustion.
